"I followed directions, used accodingly. These never worked for me. I even took extra ones throughout the night, nothing. Do not know why they would not help me. Other reviews were excellent."

"Finally found a product that helps me with my sleeping problem. I take 2 Boiron Quietude a half hour before I go to bed, than I take 3 tabs of Hyland's Calms( a homeopatnic) just before I get in bed. Seems to be working really well for me. Also Vita-Cost is half the price as they are in a Health Food store."
