"I bought this because I have heard good things and the great reviews. I wanted to get the benefits everyone raves about, but I can't speak of any because I did not use this for long. It taste horrible, maybe I am sensitive but it made me gag and everything. Even mixed in with green tea and honey. So, unfortunately I could not get it down. Smells terrible too."

"This is the best apple cider vinegar. It is organic and good for you. I use it in salad dressings a lot. I even use it for a hair rinse. Dilute it with water and spray on hair after shampooing---great conditioner and leaves your hair shiny and itch-free. I always keep at least one extra bottle on hand. I could not find this product for less than what Vitacost sells it for."

"Been trying to get the raw kind for a while now. You can def tell a major differ from raw then the regular ACV you constantly see in stores. Great for my body, hair, and face. All dilute of course. LOVE IT! You should get it. That is all."

Delicious, ideal pick-me up at home, work, sports or gym. perfect taken 3 times daily - upon arising, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
