"Having been tormented with hot flashes for months, I was getting hysterical to get some sleep. Once I got the flashes under control and was no longer waking up every hour (this product couldn't solve that problem), I've been using it for better sleep. Finally getting 4-5 hrs sleep at a time and don't have trouble going back to sleep. Never been a good sleeper, so I think it is helping. More effective than any of the sleep aide pills I tried."

"I love Buried Treasure products, but this one just didn't do anything for me. I have trouble getting a deep sleep and also have lots of annoying dreams. I had hoped this would help me to get a more restful sleep. But I did not notice anything. In fact, on the nights I was taking it - I tended to dream more! Still, I believe in their products. It might work for you!"

Deep Sleep

"This is a good product. You don't go from being wide awake to going sound asleep, but you drift off and when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom you aren't droggy. I give myself one hour to go to sleep without taking it, but when I take it I will just drift off. It does make me dream, but I feel that just means I'm in a deep sleep mode. When I awake in the morning I feel great!"
