What is CSI Alpha Lipoic Acid Facial Complex?
CSI Alpha Lipoic Acid Facial Complex is a multi-nutrient formula featuring the “universal” antioxidant alpha lipoic acid, plus omega-6 fatty acid-rich flaxseed, vitamin E and biotin. This advanced combination addresses skin appearance at the cellular level, providing nutritional and antioxidant support for healthy cells, thereby promoting overall healthy skin tissue.*
Included in each two-capsule serving are the following:
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), 100 mg: Powerful antioxidant that plays a role in cellular energy production. As an antioxidant, ALA can help protect healthy cells from free radicals. It can also regenerate vitamin E, and it enhances the antioxidant activity of vitamins C and CoQ10.
- Natural Vitamin E, 30 IU: Vitamin E in its natural form, d-alpha tocopheryl, is an essential, fat-soluble nutrient that functions as an antioxidant and supports many body processes.
- Flaxseed Powder, 200 mg. Natural, plant source of omega-6 essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Fatty acids are involved in many body processes and must be obtained through diet.
- Biotin, 400 mcg. Essential B vitamin necessary for cellular energy production and more.
- BioPerine, 10 mg. Black pepper extract that promotes enhanced absorption of some nutrients from the digestive tract.*
