"Not impressed, not that you can notice results immediately, but I haven't noticed anything. I have also been on a strict diet and been exercising like crazy, and it hasn't supported me at all. I have noticed my skin is in desperate need of a moisturizer. At least it is not damaging, but I have nothing positive other than that."
