"I don't use toners to clean or tighten my skin as some do - I use them to balance pH, improve tone and color, and extend the time that my skin feels hydrated. This toner does all of that. I'm not crazy about the pump dispenser - I prefer a mist spray - and it is a little pricy, but nothing compared to the aesthetician's toner I had been using."
