Each filter reliably reduces contaminants for 300 refills of the 0.6L CamelBak® Groove™, or approximately 3 months' worth of use at 3-4 full bottles per day (48 Gallons / 180 Liters). You may need to change your filter more or less often depending on the amount of water you consume. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
