Change your filter regularly to ensure great-tasting water. Each filter reliably reduces contaminants for 300 refills of the bottle or approximately 3 months of use at 3-4 full bottles per day (48 gallons / 180 liters). You may need to change your filter more or less often depending on the amount of water you consume.
