Luckily, Camelbak has solutions. This innovative company started out with a very simple concept—hands free drinking water. Its founder, Michael Eidson, was competing in a bike race when he came up with a clever way to get it. He tucked an IV bag filled with H20 in his backpack, clamped the tube to his shoulder and voila! Hands stayed on the bike handles, and he could rehydrate.

Now i can carry more water w/ me in one bottle wherever I go. I also like the grip handle on the top. And don't think I'm crazy but the bite-straw makes me feel nurtured. It could be I'm regressing to my breastfeeding days lol but it does make it easy to drink, almost soothing :) I never have to worry about spills & I was surprised this morning when i forgot to screw on the lid but I was still able to carry it by the handle w/o it disconnecting.
