"Err on the side of safety and DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I can't believe that any company would actually have the nerve to use parabens as a preservative! I bought this brand not even looking at the other ingredients listed. Wish I had, because I would have quit using this brand a lot sooner! (if at all) Don't make the same mistake that I did!!
For starters, Parabens can mimic the hormone estrogen, which is known to play a role in the development of breast cancers. Vitacost offers plenty of other choices- look elsewhere!"

"As with B6's, the liver has to convert it into a usable form and therefore you won't feel the tranquilizing effect until the next day. If you need it for sleep, then take it during the day for it to kick in at night. This formula is very potent, so try in small amount first and how it effect you."
