Carlson Mild-C® Vitamin C Crystals Description
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant nutrient. It is necessary for the building of collagen, maintaining teeth and gum tissue health, and normal functioning of the body's natural defenses. Mild-C Crystals is pure Calcium Ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C. Each 1/2 teaspoonful of Mild-C Crystals contains approximately 2000 mg (2 grams) of Calcium Ascorbate. Free ascorbic acid is not present, so it has a mild taste.
