"I went to my Endo. about a month ago & told her I had started taking this once a week, well she wanted me to bring it in for my follow-up visit, which I did, & she read the bottle and was very pleased that I had begun taking this once a week. I told her that I had researched Vit. D & it said a woman basically needs 1,250 mgs a day. So this balances out to like 1,263 mg a day. I take 5 rounds of meds a day & I'm thrilled that I only have to take this once a week!"
