Casbah All Natural Toasted Couscous Original Directions
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, saute couscous in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat until couscous is lightly browned (about 5 minutes)
2) Slowly add 2 cups boiling water and bring to a boil.
3) Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
