"Very tasty and healthy. Could add some extra ingredients if desired to make even more deelish like chopped celery, tomates and cucumbers and red pepper. Sprinkle over rice, and meat dishes."

1. Empty package contents into a bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups hot water, 1/3 cup olive oil (optional) and 2 diced tomatoes.

2. Mix all ingredients and allow to stand for 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve cold.
