"We've been gluten free for just over a year. Pizza was one of the things we had been missing the most until I found this mix. One trick is to cook it about 12 minutes first before adding the sauce and toppings, then another 12-14 minutes or so. My grandson loves it and our three non-gf daughters can't get enough. The price at Vitacost is considerably less than our local health food stores that carry Chebe. Enjoy!"

"My husband who has been going gluten free and yeast free LOVES this bread. It is pretty easy to make. He loves the flavor and texture is great (no gooey centers). This is his favorite so far. We make with half cheese and use almond milk and it still tastes great. Have made buns, rolls, a runza meat pie and a fruit pie with it. Very versatile!"
