"My husband eats gluten/dairy free. This is his favorite bread product as far as taste and texture. I substitute almond milk and use less parmesan cheese than suggested. They taste great and hold together really well."

"This bread is addictive. My hubby is GF and this is by far the best GF bread mix out there. We make the mix exactly as the package says- roll the dough up into 1 in sized balls and bake. Chebe has a chewy not dry texture- it is different but very good. We make this several times a week and make 2 boxes at a time- one box is not enough !! Can use the same dough without adding the cheese and flatten out to make GF pizza crust etc."

Chebe Gluten Free Original Cheese Bread Mix Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375 F.
BLEND Chebe Original Cheese Bread Mix with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp or hard cheeses work best) and 2 large eggs. Slowly mix in exactly 1/4 cup water.
KNEAD dough with hands until it is smooth.
DIVIDE dough into 16 pieces, rounding each into a ball shape. Place 1-2" apart on ungreased baking sheet (line with parchment if available).
BAKE 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy.
