Best Waffles EVER!!!

"I am a waffle girl. I absolutely LOVE waffles! I especially love waffles for dinner. Big giant Belgian waffles! Mmm!! These are hands-down the best waffles I have ever had. I love them more than I have ever loved another waffle, even including all the waffles I had before I went gluten-free.
If you refrigerate leftover waffles, the texture chages quite a bit, but returns to normal after a quick zap in the microwave. Of course, they're still best right out of the waffle maker. Crispy outside, soft, moist inside. The best waffles EVER!!! Oh, for a new flavour sensation, try coconut oil instead of canola. Wow!! I should probably mention that I have never made this mix into pancakes, I don't see the point of pancakes. Like I said, I'm a waffle girl."

"I purchased this product based on the reviews here, however, I was disappointed. The flavor is bland, and it doesn't take much like a traditional pancake. The texture is chewy versus light and fluffy. The dough sticks to the pan, so you need to oil the pan. If you want a great gluten-free pancake mix, give Pamela's a try. It's the best!"

Cherrybrook Kitchen Gluten Free Dreams® Pancake and Waffle Mix Directions

This box makes 21 4-inch pancakes or 9 waffles.

All you need is:

Rice Milk*, Vegetable Oil, Pancake Mix

1. STIR rice milk*, vegetable oil, and pancake mix in a bowl until just combined, then let stand for five minutes.

2. HEAT a non stick pan or griddle over medium-low heat. Coat the surface with cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil.

3. POUR Batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto pan and cook until undersides are golden brown, about 2 minutes.

Note: Pancakes will NOT bubble to indicate doneness, but are ready to flip when they become dry around the edges.

4. FLIP pancakes and cook 2 minutes or until cooked through.

5. ENJOY!

For Waffles: Follow mixing instructions above. Cook according to your waffle makers baking instructions.

*Substitute plain soy milk or milk according to your needs. Unless you are allergic to this ingredient.
