"As I am supplementing my 2 year old son's diet, I got this product more to try it than for anything else. I usually give him a C vitamin in the morning (like Country Life- that I also got from Vitacost). While he'd not refuse it, I found that the best way to give it to him was to mix it in his sippy cup with water and then there were no problems. I would definitely recommend it for children of maybe a little older than 2"
