"If you get irregular during dieting this tea works really well. Adjust to your individual needs or you will live on the toilet. Use a weak tea to start out then decrease or increase as needed. Drink pleanty of water to avoid dehydration if you drink to strong of tea for your body. It will clean you out, I reuse the tea bags and make weak tea."

"This is decent if you don't want to pay as much as the original dieter's tea. But if you let it steep too long it can cause negative effects ;). I prefer the gentler Laci LeBeau but it is expensive and rarely available here. The taste itself is not great, but that's not why I use it. I don't know how effective it is for weight loss though."
