Great concept, but does not work

"I had high hopes for this product and was thrilled to find a pet stain remover for the carpet that is not toxic. However, this product does not work even on the simplest of pet stains such as fresh dog urine (catching the dog in the act and immediately applying it, following the directions). I wish it worked, but it hasn't worked for us at all."

Citrus Magic Pet Stain Remover Directions

Apply directly to the stain and allow it to penetrate the fiber. Lightly brush stain or rub with towel. Blot the stain with a clean, dry terry towel. Repeat if necessary.

Ingredients: Water, vegetable-derived cleaners, mineral-derived sequestrant, natural and organic citrus oils, sodium citrate and sodium perborate (derived from minerals).

Warnings

Citrus Magic is safe on most washable surfaces. However, on carpets or painted surfaces, test a small inconspicuous surface area initially. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with copious amounts of water. If irritation persists, contact physician.
