"I always have these in my diaper bag, car or purse. The kids LOVE them. If we are running out of the house they eat them for breakfast with some fruit or for a snack. They can not get enough of them. I love them as well, but try to save them for the kids."

"These bars are quite tasty; just as important, they're free of all the ingredients that are harmful. Not as filling as some "meal replacement" bars I've had, but that's OK with me."

"Being on sale gave me the incentive to try these. Sorry to say, but they remind me of figs of which I am not fond. They were not dry, moist which is good. If you want something that has the nutrients you need, this is for you, but not the taste. Will try a different one next time."

"I actually bought them for myself, because they don't contain wheat and I like the serving size better, but it turns out that my 14 mo. old daughter likes them, too. I like that they don't contain as many refined ingredients as other products and I LOVE the fact that they're organic, unlike the Lara Bars, which I have started to turn away from (my favorite flavors contained fruits on the "Dirty Dozen" list that only eat if they're certified organic). I confess to being slightly disturbed at the ingredient "Organic White Coating" but as a snack bar, they are not in danger of becoming a major portion of our diet. Otherwise, the Z-Bars are great. They taste like a Fig Newton, but without the wheat. They are not cloyingly sweet. And I do like the serving size. I like the chocolate, but the Honey Graham is my favorite flavor. We take them to the park and on road trips as an easy energy snack. Yum!"

"I am an adult and love these Clif Kid bars for my mid-distance bicycle rides. I have always liked Clif bars but think they are a bit too big and too dense for a ~3-4 hour bicycle ride. I liked the nutritional info of the Clif Kid bars and decided to give them a try. The Honey Graham taste is delicious (not just for an energy bar; it really is good!) and the size of the bar was just right for me. I really like that it doesn't have a chocolate coating, because coatings turn into a melted mess when stored in my jersey back pocket for an hour or two before eating.
So if you're a kid-sized kid at heart give these bars a try for your moderate endurance activities! I can't wait to try the other flavors (I just hope they are also coating-less)."
