Initial (First Serving) Instructions:
To assess your individual tolerance to the formula, take 1 tablet with food.
Take 3 tablets TWICE per day with your meals (breakfast and dinner preferably). For best results, Orange Triad™ should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
