"As wonderful as those B-50 and B-100 formulations are, there is a lot of wasted nutrition that goes down the drain when they are taken. It is better, we have found out after 30 years of our own and our clients' experience, to dose with something like this "Basic-B" B-25 (meaning a B-complex vitamin that has 25 mgs. of all the B's denominated in mgs., and then adequate dosages of those B's measured in mcgs., plus extra inositol, PABA and choline.) Also it is best to take smaller dosages but take more as needed, say one of these Basic-B caps in the morning and one later on in the day. It's a food supplement, not a drug, and we need food several times a day. I always order 2 bottles, to have one to give to family or friends. They make a big difference in energy and attitude."
