"I have been purchasing this product for over a yr. now and just realized it is chelated magnesium oxide. The cheapest form of magnesium! Why does country life spend the money on a dark glass jar for freshness then fill it with an inferior form of magnesium? I will be purchasing the Doctors Formula when I use these up...so diappointed and now I know why I never really felt a difference!"
