Adults chew one (1) wafer daily.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose, call a Poison Control Center immediately.
Do not exceed 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day. Pregnant women and women of child bearing age, do not exceed 8,000 IU of vitamin A per day.
Each serving contains 5,000 IU of Vitamin A and 5,000 IU of beta carotene.
Do not use if you are taking blood thinning medications.
