A great way to get Calicium/Magnesium

"For me, and from my own experience, this is the best way to take Calcium and Magnesium. I have tried Magnesium pills in the past, and they are just way too large for me to swallow. I have also tried the liquid Calcium, and ended up having to throw out the bottle because its just too thick to pour out. I've read many complaints stating the same thing for different brands of liquid calcium.

These chewable tablets are the best way to take both of them. They are a little big, but easily chewable. They don't taste bad or anything, just the chalky taste like Tums has. They aren't candy either, like some people seem to expect.

One note though... when I ordered these it stated it contains 2g of sugar for two wafers. The bottle I received says its 4g of sugar for two wafers."

"We bought this product because we wanted to find a calcium supplement that was chewable. This one was a good fit. It is a bit chalky but drinking a little water after takes care of that problem. It has a good flavor overall and I plan on continuing to purchase and take this product."
