"Hi potency means HI POTENCY. I was having stomach upset because I was taking it 2 x a day. Cut back to one and doing much better. Haven't seen this product really make a difference in my hair yet. Maybe because I was taking too much"

"I was taking this product in conjunction with a hair/skin/nails vitamin to mainly promote hair health/strength. I only took this product for about three months and then solely used the hair/skin/nails vitamin and I think I was none the better having taking the biotin in addition to my other vitamin since there is a fair amount of biotin in my hair/skin/nails vitamin. I didn't notice any significant difference while taking this vitamin but had no negative effects either. If you want something to promote healthy hair and aren't taking anything else, this may be good for you."
