"Norwegian Kelp provides several additional benefits. It contains over 13 vitamins, minerals, amino acids. Included in that list are vitamins A, D, E, and K and contains riboflavin, thiamin, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12. It is a good source of calcium, magnesium, choline, iron, zinc, selenium, biotin, Iodine and dietary fiber.
I highly recommend Norwegian Kelp. I take one tablet everyday."
