Country Life Super Fiber Psyllium Seed Husk Powder Directions
Adults take one (1) rounded teaspoon (.18 oz) (5 g) mixed thoroughly with one (1) cup (8-10 fl oz) (237 mL-295 mL) of liquid (juice, water, etc.).
Notice: This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. This product is not recommended for long term daily usage. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take other drugs one hour prior to consumption.
