"Two pills for the day for 1000mg of Calcium and 500mg magnesium...Fabulous! most other Calcium supps are at least 6 and I know I won"t follow through. This is a great quality supplement which I have taken for the last 10 years. I stopped drinking coffee because it leeches the calcium right out of your bones even if you take the supplement. Calcium is not only good for your bones, teeth and hair and the Magnesium helps with craving all the wrong things!"

"I really like this brand of vitamins. I am vegan, and Country Life offers a good variety of vegan vitamins at a good cost. No problems to report with the Calcium-Magnesium with Vitamin D Complex. Easy on my stomach. Pills are in capsule form, which is nice (because you don't have to taste them as you swallow them)."
