"I switched from a high carb. / high sugar drink mix to cytomax. It has worked well on 2 to 3 hour rides. No heart burn, no gas, and does not give me that sugar high jitters after drinking 3 , 28 oz bottles during one ride. this product works for me. legs feel great after a long ride. taste is alittle funny at first and you really have to mix it well but other than that, its great stuff. give it a try!"
