"Well im different then most people. optimum way didnt work so well for me. But muscle milk does, i actually enjoy the calories most people stay away from because many times of the day i dont get proper calories because of work and school etc. The only problem i can say about this product is the price! VERY EXPENSIVE compared to typical whey. Has it worked for me, yes and its effective. But like all protein, its protein. Avoid this though if you dont need the extra calories that are in this type of protein."
