"I bought this protein shake because 1. I needed something convenient for my recovery and 2. I know milk is ideal for recovery but fresh milk is more maintenance and not as concentrated. This shake does noticeably aid in recovery when you take the full dose. It also and probably most importantly taste very nice. The taste is very close to real chocolate milk and the only thing you need to add is water. Ive tried the NSI whey ISO out of curiosity and the difference is stark and immediate. Muscle milk has a richer and more natural taste. I regret straying away."

"Great Product for the price. Been using for 7 years now, and it's great as a gainer or for someone wanting to maintain muscle mass (I use 2 scoops for maintenance). Great taste and doesn't require a blender is a huge plus, just shake it up in a shake container. And the protein is good quality, not an isolate protein, but unless you have a sensitive stomach, you should have no problems taking this twice a day as a meal replacement."

"Once in a while you find a honest product that has everything : high quality, user friendly, and affordability. This CytoSport Whey has it all. I've probably been consuming Whey powder for about 15 years, mostly for its health benefits; but partly for an exercising supplement. I wanted a clean, efficient source of protein, and I include it with what I call my Power Breakfast every morning. I've tried Next Designer Whey, SportPharma, and Optimum Whey. They're all good. I decided to try the CyroSport Whey because its specs looked good and it was quite a bit cheaper than the rest. I'm extremely happy with it. It desolves and tastes better than all the rest, with no aftertaste. It gives me the energy I need. It could offer a little more than its labeled 18 grams of protein per scoop, but then if it was as high as Optimum Whey, its price would also probably be higher. I'm a happy camper. Highly recommended!"
