"We were trying to rid our house of wheat, and started eating rice pasta. Artichoke pasta, tastes so much better and is so much easier to prepare. We love it!!"

"These are some of the best gluten-free/corn-free noodles I have tasted. I really enjoy them. My infant daughter who is allergic to both gluten and corn likes the penne style because they are easy for her to pick up and feed herself."

"This is the best gf lasagne for a few reasons: Can't tell it is gluten free at all. The texture and flavor are better than any wheat noodle. You use it uncooked which takes way less time and works better than any uncooked wheat version. I have served lasagne to company who never knew it was made with rice noodles."

"This type of pasta tastes great, Your children won't even know it's not the regular stuff. The big plus is that it does not make your children act like they just had a bowl of sugar for lunch like the regular pasta does. It does not break down into sugar after eating some anywhere near as fast as regular pasta. Try it; you will like it. It comes in most sizes from Angel Hair or elbows to Lasagna noodles."
