"I didn't even know these noodles didn't have to be cooked until they arrived & I was confused at first however they cooked in the oven just fine. Most importantly I didn't have to hassle with boiling a big pot of water, handle big hot floppy noodles & breakage. After researching gluten-free lasagna recipes, I heard plenty on the problems of gluten-free lasagna noodles breaking. I didn't have to worry about that!
I ended up making what me & my boyfriend thought was some of THE best lasagna either of us have ever had!
I'll definitely by buying these next time I make lasagna."

"This is the best gf lasagne for a few reasons: Can't tell it is gluten free at all. The texture and flavor are better than any wheat noodle. You use it uncooked which takes way less time and works better than any uncooked wheat version. I have served lasagne to company who never knew it was made with rice noodles."

"I read the reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. The lasagna I made for my husband and two of our close friends turned out wonderful, everyone loved it! No one could tell the noodles were different. The noodles were a little chewy, but this could be fixed by leaving the lasagna in the oven for a little longer. The flavor was great!"
