Adults: 2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms persist, not to exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours, or a directed by a doctor.

Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product. When using this product, if changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, consult a doctor because these symptoms could be an early sign of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness.
Allergy Alert: Magnesium salicylate may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock.
Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take magnesium salicylate or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Magnesium salicylate may cause stomach bleeding.
Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain/fever reducer.
Ask a doctor before us if you have ulcers or bleeding problems; stomach problems (such as heartburn, upset stomach, or stomach pain) that persist or recur.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are now taking a prescription drug for anticoagulation (blood thinning), diabetes, gout, or arthritis.
Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away. You need to use for pain more than 10 days or for fever more than 3 days. Ringing in the ears or a loss of hearing occurs. Pain or fever persists or gets worse, if new symptoms occur, or if redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use.
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
