"Have used this product for a few years with no problems.
This time the product was different. Called co. they were of little help.
Might give them 1 more try but most likely will look for another source."

"I have to put in on Foods(like a banana). It tastes metallic. It just floats in water and does not dissolve. It does make my sleep longer and deeper sometimes."

"I have tried this powder in bulk and one other compay's capsules. This powder is more effective and less costly.
Cycling the use-like other products - 5 days on and 2 days off-helps keep the effectiveness higher-which I didn't know if it would or not - with a sleep aid."

"I like this powdered form of tryptophan because it works quicker than tryptophan in the capsules. I add the tryptophan powder to 1/8 cup of water and shake it in a shaker cup. This is better than stirring it."
