"I have tried several other L-Theanine products. This was supposed to be 'pure' and therefore better!?!
At 150 mg I figured I could get away with one. Basically it had no effect, at least not first thing in the morning for my concentration problem. If I took two it worked adequately, but seemed to wear off faster then the others.
I have found that two work adequately as an afternoon booster. It is at least helping me to use them up. I think I will go back to the Theanine Serene.
I use it mainly for concentration as I tend to get distracted easily."
