"I've been using this product for almost everything, including facial wash as well as general cleaning around the house. It's mild and organic and little goes a long way. I feel good about using it because I know it's good for me and the environment. I recently ordered from Vitacost at a fraction of the price I was paying at the local store. Try it. It'll help you simplify your cleaning routine."

"I purchased this to make liquid laundry soap at home. Over the years, I have tried this again and again and I've finally hit the right combo by using Bronner's! I tried the lavender scent first, but it was too much. The unscented baby mild is perfect."

"We love Dr. Bronner's. It took me a while to get used to using it exclusively. My husband likes it but still wants a bar of Ivory every now and then to cut through anti-perspirant residue under his arms and Dr. Bronner's just doesn't "cut" it, but overall we love it. It gets you clean but not squeaky, stripped clean like soaps which contain detergents like SLS. I have almost quit using body lotion because this doesn't strip the acid mantle or whatever from my skin and I love that it's unscented so that I can use it on my child. I add essential oil if I want a scent. It is, however. more expensive than regular soap on a use-per-use basis. The gallon will last quite a while, but don't expect the same sort of big lathering you get with a detergent-based soap and expect to have a little period where you are getting used to it. We put it in one of those foaming pump bottles and dilute it about 3-to-1 and use it for shaving cream and hand soap at the sink and it words great, so no more buying shaving cream or seperate handsoap which is nice. Get a smaller bottle to try and then the gallon for better value if it suits you!"

Gentle bath/hand/face soap, great value,

"This soap is an EXCELLENT value because you can dilute it with water and it still retains its effectiveness as a bath/hand/face soap. It's wonderfully gentle on the skin and body and rinses clean leaving no soap residue in the shower. I tried using it to wash dishes but it did not cut grease well. However, I keep a bottle of it (60-40% mix, soap-water) next to the kitchen sink for handwashing as it's MUCH gentler on the hands than dish soap. A great buy."
