Dr. Nick's White and Healthy Whitening Mouthwash Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. vigorously swish 20 mL (2/3 fl. oz. or 4 teaspoons) of rinse between your teeth for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do Not Swallow!. Most effective when used in conjunction with White & Healthy Toothpaste.

Ingredients: Active Ingredient: Cetylpyridinium chloride, USP 0.07 %,

Inactive Ingredients: water, glycerin, sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, hydrogen peroxide, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, lycopene, triticum vulgare (wheat) bran extract, flavor and phosphoric acid.

Warnings

Do not use for children less than 12 years of age.

Stop Use and Ask Dentist If:

You have gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks.
You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increased space between teeth, as these may be signs of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease.

If accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
