Good quality Chinese Tonic I have in great regard the products of DragonHerbs and SuperAdaptogen it is my favorite because it contains most of the tonic herbs I am looking for (from ho shou wu to balance jing to reishi to balance shen). This is just my second bottle and I have not feel any sudden changes (like with Maca that a couple of minutes after I take it I feel so clear), but I have been told that this tonics take a little time to get the effect you ask for.
