Dymatize Xpand AM-PM Perpetual Pump Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water once in the morning and once in the evening. For optimal results take along with Xpand Pre & Post Workout Powder.
To maximize results, do not eat a meal within 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand. Consume at least 64 oz. of water daily while using Xpand.
