"I used this product for 3 or 4 weeks and noticed that my towels and whites were not looking good or smelling clean. I doubled the amount & that did not work either. I had to use bleach to get the clothes looking good again. I have incrediblely hard water which may be the problem. Will try Biokleen, another environmentally friendly product from Vitacost, and hope it does a better job."

"I was using this detergent for months. I started noticing that my clothes, sheets and towels were not getting cleaned properly and were smelling. I even doubled the amount of detergent you are suppose to use. That didn't work either. I switched brands and I did deep soaks on all my clothes and now finally they look and smell clean. I would not recommend this product."

Earth Friendly Ultra Ecos® Laundry Detergent Lavender Directions

For tough spots and stains, pour some ECOS® directly onto stained area, rub lightly and wash as usual. Effective in high heat to 185^oF (86^oC). May be used in top loaders: Fill to line (25 loads).
