"this works great on light makeup, and a bottle lasts forever. however, for those that wear any type of waterproof or heavier makeup... beware! i almost rubbed my eyes raw trying to get off waterproof mascara, even after letting the gel sit on my lashes for a few minutes. so keep what kind/how much makeup you wear in mind before purchasing this, and skip it altogether if you're a waterproof kind of girl!"

"had I known this was an obnoxious remover that needs to be wiped on then washed off, I would have skipped it! 2 steps and doesn't remove make-up well. I gave it 2 stars because it is earth and body friendly ingredients."

"I like the cooling sensation when this is first applied. I have used other makeup removers and never had one that had any sensation at all, except maybe burning. I have sensitive eyes and this does not bother my eyes at all. It does a good job of removing all makeup. I will buy again."

"I had been faithful to Beauty control eye make remover for 7 years. Based on what I read here I tried This. Love this! lasted me 9 months. I agree it feels good on skin as a gel. I did have to use it sparingly on a cotton ball. That is all you need! Not once did I get eye irritation! Love to recommend this!"
