"I use a washable-waterproof mascara and this product takes it off. However, it does take a little more effort than perhaps other department store brands. But remember it has natural herbal ingredients, no chemicals to harm the eyes, no stinging and fragrance free. This is the reason I chose this product. Sure, other brands may take off mascara quicker, but at what health expense. Be kind to your eyes! I little extra effort, maybe...but it's worth it."
