"The product is comfortable and pleasant, but does not entirely block light from below. I find it sufficiently effective for lunchtime naps, and might use it for side sleeping, but would prefer the type that conform to your eye socket for back sleeping...this kind that won't remain in place on your side, so the Earth Therapeutics is an improvement in the side sleeping department."
