Eclectic Institute Larix Dietary Fiber Directions
Mix with 2 to 8 oz. of water or juice. Stir and Drink.
Adults: 1-3 tablespoons per day (6-18 grams per day).
Children under 12: 1-3 teaspoons per day (2-6 grams per day).
