"I enjoy trail mixes of this sort, but found myself disappointed with this one. I purchased a bag to take with me on a trip abroad and was glad I brought other snacks as well. The mix was primarily pumpkin seeds, and I found the flavors of each of the individual ingredients somehow, well, off. I won't buy this one again, but may try one of the other mixes before giving up on the brand entirely since they do make quality products (or at least try to)."

"I combine All Mixed Up, All Mixed Up Too, and salted sesame sticks in a big bowl and keep it at work for an energy-boosting snack. It's delicious!! (and nutritious) The only trouble is keeping my coworkers out of it. Great stuff."

"Overall I like this brand. They carry good foods, though it is on the expensive side. Wasn't too sure what to expect from the description - can't really tell how big it really is or what's in it since package is opaque. When I got the bag I found it quite small and thin, probably contains just a cupful or so. Inside, I found a LOT of seeds, especially pumpkin, more than expected. Very few fruit, and only a little bit of almonds. Thankfully I had bought other things on vitacost to make a more complete mix. I recommend mixing with cranberries, dark chocolate pieces, and other nuts you may like (brazil nuts, cashews etc)."
