Best Quinoa Ever Tasted

"This is the tastiest quinoa. My mother, who isn't a particular fan of regular quinoa absolutely loves the red organic quinoa. We put it in our salads, yogurt and even in oatmeal. I've even made a sort of tabbouleh with it... YUMMY!"

"My husband and I have a rice cooker that we use all the time as rice is an integral part of our diets. I have incorporated barley and quinoa with the rich to give it more flavor, color, and nutrition. Love it!!"

Wash several times in cold water. rinse, add 1 cup quinoa to 1 .25 cups of boiling water. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff. Serves 4.
