Delicious! The deep character of Eden brand Wasabi Chips stems from their most thoughtful and laborious preparation. A selection of fresh sliced vegetables and dough are combined formed dried and baked. Next is cooking in oil and centrifuge spinning that reduces fat and makes the chips crisp and light. Still warm they are hand sorted then sprayed with a sauce of wasabi root powder barley malt and tamari. No short cuts are employed. A final oven bake hardens the glaze and cooks them to perfection. Wasabi wild Horseradish Root gives this healthful snack food it's unique and stimulating flavor!

"These chips have a nice crunchy texture and are very spicy. Though a little too spicy for my liking, if you like the zing of Wasabi, you may really like these. Very good!"

"I love the brown rice chips. These however were much too hot for me to eat. I gave them to a relative who loves spicy food. He enjoyed them very much. The reason for the poor rating was my own taste buds. . . not the fault of the product."

"IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY DO NOT EAT THESE! they are manufactured on equiptment that also manufactures shellfish!

(i recently developed an allergy & ate two of these chips before noticing that written on the back. thank god i did not have an adverse reaction)

as for the taste, it is really good. there's an immediate wasabi kick but it fades out & then you taste all the veggies. i really like the flavor a lot so i'm bummed that i can't eat these. my boyfriend doesn't eat anything healthy but he loves them too, so at least they won't go to waste.

and they are made with real wasabi!"

"I love wasabi and this one give a wonderful authentic kick. You don't need to eat very much to feel satisfied. It makes for a healthy snack indeed, as long as you are not allergic to any of the ingredients, of course."
